The Frontier Hotel and Casino was renamed several times. The names it had were The New Frontier, The Last Frontier and The Frontier just to name a few. It is known for hosting Elvis Presley's first performance in Las Vegas and Diana Ross's and The Supreme's last performance.
The first gaming tokens were minted in 1965. Before 1965
, all casinos
used Silver Dollars in dollar slot machines and in some table
games.
